YHBC: School For Good and Evil

Well, I have got to say, this month may have been my favorite Young Hoosier Book Club of the year! And, I didn't even do all that much work.  I had a suggestion that I recycle an idea from last year, and once again, it was a hit!

Many of the students read The School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani about children who are selected to attend either the School for Good or the School for Evil.  Sophie, the beautiful girl is chosen for Evil, while the ugly, smelly girl is chosen for Good.

This month, we ate cucumbers (VERY HEALTHY!) because Sophie uses cucumbers in her beauty regimen.  We had some trivia questions for candy, and the big activity, we had teams dress ONE member up as either a Princess from the School for Good or a Villain from the School For Evil, complete with names.
