Fun at TAB

Even though TAB was canceled on its normal day due to weather, I still had a decent turnout at the make-up day last Monday!

This month, we played some games, watched some movie trailers, and ate food, as usual.  But we also discussed the Summer Reading Program, new books, and new displays!

To get the teens to loosen up a bit, we first played a life-size version of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" but for us, it was "Giants, Wizards, Elves." In this variation, there are 2 teams, and each team secretly decides if they want to be giants, wizards, and elves, and of course they all have their own noise and gesture.  Giants beat elves because they can squash them, elves beat wizards because they can outsmart them and bite their legs, while wizards beat giants because they use their magic on them.

Here are some elves:

 Ready...Set...Go!

ELVES!

Deciding which creatures to be:

For the Win!

If you are ever interested in joining the fun, we meet the FOURTH Thursday of EVERY month!
