Teen Craft Night Bracelets

Last Thursday, I had the great joy of hosting another craft night for the Teens at MCPL.  They got to choose to make a bracelet, either with buttons and twine, or creating a message using Morse Code.

We also got to celebrate TWO birthdays all as a group! On Craft night, Hannah turned 18 and Sidney turned 18 the next day. Nothing like cake and ice cream at a Library program!

Even boys come to craft night!

Even though this craft was a LOT trickier than we originally thought, I always tell the teens that if they enjoyed their time here at the library, it doesn't matter if our crafts failed! My goal is simply to get teens to the library as a group and have fun, and I think we all accomplished that!

Join us next month for Galaxy in a Bottle! This will be on the SECOND Thursday because the first one falls on Spring Break and I know you guys are all going on vacay.
